Two pitchers look to go to 4-0

UNDATED (AP) — Barring a change in the schedule because of the events unfolding in Boston, the Red Sox are home to Kansas City this evening. Clay Buchholz of the Sox is looking for his fourth win in as many decisions and starts the day with a 0.41 earned run average. The game could also mark the season debut of David Ortiz in a Boston uniform. He has missed the first few weeks of the season rehabbing an Achilles injury.

Matt Harvey of the Mets is also looking to go 4-0 as he takes the mound for the New Yorkers tonight against Washington. He'll be facing the ace of the Nationals staff, Stephen Strasburg, who is 1-2. In his last outing, Harvey flirted with a no-hitter at Minnesota.

Overall, it is a full schedule of games in big league baseball with the interleague game taking place in Baltimore as the Orioles entertain the Dodgers.
