The first boys basketball polls from Wyopreps.com Coach's and Media are out this week. In Class 4A Gillette has replaced Natrona as the number one ranked team. The Camels defeated the Mustangs in the title game of the Energy Classic Tournament in Gillette on December 30, 51-42. Natrona drops to numer two this week. Gillette and Natrona play in Casper this Friday night and will be the AM 1400 ESPN Prep Game of the Week at 7:30 pm. Rock Springs remains third, Sheridan is into the top five at four followed by Evanston who drops to fifth. In the 3A poll, there's no change in the top four with Buffalo on top followed by Wheatland, Torrington, Rawlins. Jackson moves into the numer five spot with Lander dropping out. In 2A boys, Lovell holds down the top ranking followed by Big Horn, Kemmerer and Wyoming Indian. Tongue River is in the top five, replacing Lusk. And in the 1A rankings, Snake River remains number one followed by St. Stephens, Hanna, Ten Sleep and Kaycee.
