Top ranked Gillette in 4A  not only lost for the first time to a Wyoming team this season, but for the first time in over 40 games to a East Conference opponent. Here's how the top five teams in 4A and 3A Boys Basketball fared this past weekend.

4A:

#1 Gillette (12-2) won home vs. Kelly Walsh, 53-20, lost at Laramie, 64-57.

#2 Rock Springs (13-1) won at Green River, 70-45.

#3 Sheridan (11-3) won at Laramie, 54-39, won at Kelly Walsh, 63-49.

#4 Natrona (8-4) won at Star Valley, 56-49, lost at #5 Evanston, 53-50.

#5 Evanston (11-3) won home vs. Riverton, 47-28, won home vs. #4 Natrona, 53-50.

3A:

#1 Buffalo (12-1) won at Glenrock, 79-28, won home vs. Lander, 61-42.

#2 Wheatland (12-2) won home vs. South, 72-26, won at #4 Rawlins, 53-46.

#3 Torrington (8-4) lost at Gering, NE, 51-49, won at Newcastle, 55-46.

#4 Rawlins (8-4) lost home vs. #2 Wheatland, 53-46, lost at Douglas, 68-55.

#5 Powell (6-6) lost at Cody, 66-53.
