C.C. Volleyball Team Opens Season on Friday

The Casper College volleyball team will open up the 2014 season in the North Platte, Nebraska tournament starting on Friday. The Birds have 5 returning sophomores led by Laramie native Madison Lgerski who led the team in kills last season with with 285. There will be a period of adjustment with 9 new freshman and a usual, the team will have an international flavor with a player from Serbia and another from Germany. Following the North Platte tournament, the T-Birds will be in the Salt Lake C.C. tournament on August 29th with their home opener against Western Nebraska on September 2nd.
