The Wyoming Cowboys will be at home to Nevada tonight in the Mountain West Conference. The Pokes are 2-7 in the conference and 16-7 overall after losing to Boise State 68-61 last Saturday. Nevada is 3-6 in the conference and 12-11 overall. The Wolfpack lost to the Cowboys by 11 in the first conference match up. Tip-off tonight is at 7:00pm at the AA on AM 1030 KTWO.

The Wyoming Cowgirls has been sailing along with a 7-2 Mountain West Conference record. They'll be on the road tonight in Reno to play Nevada. The Cowgirls are 18-4 overall and they face a Nevada team that is 6-16 overall and 1-8 in league play.

The Casper College basketball teams travel to Powell tonight to play Northwest College. The T-Bird men are 10-2 in Region-IX play and 19-6 overall and if they can win out, they'll host the Region-IX tournament in March. They posted a win over NWC earlier in the year. The Lady T-Birds have won their last 2-games and sit at 8-4 in regional play and 19-6 overall. They, too also defeated Northwest in Casper earlier in the season. The women's game is at 5:30pm with the men playing at 7:30 on AM 1400 ESPN.

The Mountain West Conference has announced football pairings for the 2013 season. There will be 2 divisions with 6 teams in each division. They will play 5 divisional games plus 3 cross over games in the other division which will rotate every 2 years. So Wyoming's cross over games will be Hawaii, San Jose State and Fresno State. The Pokes will play Air Force, Boise State, San Jose State and Utah State on the road. UW will play Colorado State, New Mexico, Fresno State and Hawaii at home. It will mark the first time since the early 1960's that Wyoming will host the Border War with Colorado State 2 years in a row.
