Coyotes Sweep Weekend Series

The Casper Coyotes junior hockey team ran over the Colorado Evolution in a 3 game series over the weekend at the Casper Ice Arena. The Coyotes started out the series on Thursday with a resounding 17-1 win over the Evolution; a game where Casper scored 8 times in the 2nd period. On Friday night, the Coyotes reached double digits again with a 10-3 victory and followed that up with an 11-2 win on Saturday. Needless to say, the Coyotes were far more skilled and overwhelmingly the quicker team in the series. Casper is now 26-7 on the year with a 3 game series in Salt Lake City starting on Friday.
