The Denver Broncos improved to 9-3 on the year as they defeated Tampa Bay 31-23 Sunday afternoon at Sports Authority Field at Mile High Stadium. The Cowboys will play at Illinois State Tuesday night.

The Wyoming Cowgirls also posted a win on Saturday afternoon at home as they defeated Eastern Michigan 73-50 to get to 5-1 on the season. Chaundra Sewell had 20 points and 16 rebounds. The Cowgirls will be at Montana on Thursday and Montana State on Saturday.

The Casper College men's team split their games in Sterling, Colorado over the weekend. Losing to North Platte by 2 on Friday night and then coming back to beat the host school Northeastern JC Saturday 82-76. Remi Debo and Corey Spence led the T-Birds with 16 points each Saturday. The Lady T-Birds won all three of their games at the Air Force Prep Tournament at Colorado Springs over the weekend. Both the Casper teams will be in Rock Springs on Wednesday night to play Western Wyoming.
