Final 3A/4A Basketball Polls
The final 3A and 4A boys and girls basketball polls from Wyopreps.com/Coach's and Media is out. Teams will begin regional play Thursday. The most interesting poll this week is the 4A girls where all top five teams received at least one first place vote. Gillette and Sheridan continue to hold down the top two spots despite losing to Cheyenne East last week. Natrona and Laramie switch with the Fillies third and the Lady Plainsmen fourth. East with those two wins replaces Cheyenne Central at fifth. In the 3A girls, there was no change with Douglas on top followed by Mountain View, Cody, Wheatland and Torrington. On the boys side, Gillette remains number one. Evanston jumps up two places to second with two wins including over previous number two Rock Springs, 67-58. Natrona remains third followed by Rock Sporings and Laramie. In 3A, Torrington and Buffalo go into the post season ranked one and two.
