Former C.C. Head Coach Returns to Midland J.C.

Former Casper Casper College men's basketball coach Pat Rafferty has been named the new coach at Midland Junior College in Texas, which will be his 2nd stint with the school. Rafferty coached the Chaps from 1994-1999 with an overall record of 97-51. The Buffalo native was Casper College head coach for 2 seasons from 1986-1988 which included an appearance in the National Junior College Tournament in Hutchinson, Kansas.

Rafferty's most recent job was an assistant coach for the Long Island Nets of the NBA's D-League. He also served as the head coach for Central Wyoming in Riverton from 2013-2016
