Fort Caspar Museum has announced  they will be a “Blue Star Museum” again this summer. That means through Labor Day, the museum will offer free admission to the nation’s active duty military personnel and up to five members of their immediate family. that includes the National Guard and National Army Reserve.

According to Fort Caspar Museum, the program provides families an opportunity to enjoy the nation's cultural heritage while traveling and also be able to learn more about their new communities after a military move.

The Blue Star Museums program is a partnership with the National Endowment for the Arts, Blue Star Families, the Department of Defense. More than 2,000 museums across America to offer free admission to all active duty military personnel and their families during the summer.

  • Summer hours are daily 8:00 am to 5:00 pm daily.
  • Regular admission prices are $4 for adults; $3 for youth (ages 13-18 years); $3 for seniors (62+ years); and FREE for children (12 years and younger), Fort Caspar Museum Association members, and, during the summer, active military and their families.
