UNDATED (AP) — The Miami Heat and Memphis Grizzlies have three-games-to-one leads in the NBA's conference semifinals.

LeBron James had 27 points, eight assists and seven rebounds as the Heat silenced the Bulls 88-65.

The 65 points allowed were just two off the all-time postseason low for a Miami opponent, and the worst offensive performance by a Chicago team. Miami led by 11 at the half and put this one away by outscoring Chicago 17-9 in the third quarter.

Chris Bosh was the only other Heat player to score in double figures, finishing with 14. Dwyane (dwayn) Wade finished with just six points on 3-of-10 shooting but helped Miami hold the Bulls to 26% from the field.

Carlos Boozer had team highs of 14 points and 12 rebounds for the Bulls, who will try to stave off elimination when they visit the Heat on Wednesday.

The Grizzlies have control of their series after turning a 17-point deficit into a 103-97 overtime win against Oklahoma City. Mike Conley hit four three-pointers and finished with a team-high 24 points despite shooting 7-for-21 from the field. Zach Randolph chipped in 23 points and 12 rebounds while Marc Gasol (gah-SAHL') added 23 points, 11 boards and six blocks.

Thunder forward Kevin Durant had a team-high 27 points but missed all five of his shots in overtime. Durant also contributed seven rebounds and seven assists for the Thunder, who led 46-29 with 4 ½ minutes left in the first half.

Oklahoma City hosts Game 5 on Wednesday.

UNDATED (AP) — Memphis guard Tony Allen and Miami forward LeBron James were the top vote-getters for the NBA All-Defensive First Team.

Allen and James each received 25 first-place votes from the league's 30 coaches. They are joined on the first team by Clippers guard Chris Paul, Thunder forward Serge Ibaka (ih-BAH'-kah), Knicks center Tyson Chandler and Bulls center Joakim (JOH'-kihm) Noah. Chandler and Noah tied for the fifth-most points in the balloting.
