KW Trojans drop to 1-4

The Kelly Walsh Trojans dropped to 1-4 on the year following a 28-7 loss to Cheyenne East on Friday at the Harry Geldien Stadium. Cheyenne East running back was too much for Kelly Walsh to handle a she rushed for 189 yards on 30 carries with 3 touchdowns. The lone KW touchdowns came in the 2nd half on a 52 yard run by quarterback Lamont Frisby. The Trojan offense however failed to convert on 5 4th down conversions. Next up for KW will be the 51st annual Oil Bowl against cross town rival Natrona. NC is 4-1 on the year after beating Evanston on the road last Friday 12-0
