The Natrona Fillies survived a poor shooting performance to defeat Cheyenne East 33-28 to win the 4A girls state championship at the Casper Events Center on Saturday. NC shot 25% from the field and East also struggled from the field, also shooting 25% from the field. Natrona has one player in double figures as Gabby Johnson threw in 13, East was paced by Rachel Erickson and Kayla Cheney with 7 points each.
