North Girls Pull Away From South In Basketball Matchup

The North All-Stars used a big third quarter to pull away from the South squad 79-65 Saturday afternoon in the annual Wyoming High School Coaches Association game at Casper College. After leading 34-32 at halftime, North ouscored the South 26-13 to lead 60-45 after three quarters. Stephanie Lee (Natrona), Shelby Stewart (Glenrock), Lyndsey Wardell (Burlington) and Danielle Skinner (Cody) led the North stars with 12 points each. The South was led by 11 points each from Alex Ward (Burns) and Kelsey Kazmar (Snake River). Olivia Teichert of Cokeville added 10 points.
