The Denver Nuggets stayed alive in their series with Golden State with a 107-100 victory Tuesday night in Denver. The Nuggets now trail in the series 3 games to 2, decided to play some defense. Stephen Curry who has burned the Nuggets throughout the series was 1 of 7 from 3 point land and finished with 15 points. The Nuggets looked like the team that earned the number 3 seed in the West Conference. Andre Igoudala led the Nuggets with 25 points and Ty Lawson with 19. Game 6 will be played in Oakland Thursday night.

The Colorado Rockies lost to the Los Angeles Dodgers 6-2 Tuesday night in LA. Dodger pitcher Hyun-Jin Ryu struck out 12 Rockie hitters in 6 innings. Carlos Gonzoles did homer for Colorado, but the Dodgers scored 2 runs in each of the first 3 innings, all at the expense of Rockies starter Jorge De La Rosa who is 0-8 in his career against the Dodgers. The 2 teams wrap up their series tonight.
