T-Birds Pick Up Wins At Little Big Horn

Both the Casper College basketball teams picked up wins Wednesday night at Little Big Horn College in Hardin, Montana. The Lady T-Birds with a 77-44 win as they were led in led in scoring by a couple of former Natrona standouts, Shelby Garska with 17 and Cheyanne Balster with 13 points. The T-Birds are 5-1 in conference play and 16-2 overall. In the men's game it was all T-Birds with a 117-81 victory. Ryan Madsen led the Birds with 20 points. Richard Smith had 16 points and 9 rebounds. The men go to 6-0 in the conference and 15-3 overall. Both teams return to Erickson Gym on Saturday afternoon when they host Gillette College. The women's game is at 3:00pm with the men to follow at 5:00. Both games on AM 1400 ESPN.
