NBA Commissioner Adam Silver has banned the Los Angeles Clippers' owner, Donald Sterling for life from all NBA activities (games, practices, etc.). In addition, Silver also levied the maximum fine of 2.5 million dollars and is urging the Clippers' board of governors to force Sterling to sell.
