4th Annual Junior Olympic Softball Tournament in the Books.

The big Junior Olympics softball tournament was held in Casper on June 3-4 with teams from Wyoming, Montana and South Dakota competing. This was a fast pitch tournament with a U12 division and 2 U16 divisions.

The under 12 division winner was the Rock Springs storm with the Casper Voltage 2nd and Laramie 3rd. In the under 16 North division, that was won by Black Hills Synergy from Sturgis, South Dakota with the Sturgis Slam 2nd and the Casper U14 3rd. Finally, in the under 16 South division, Triple Play Academy from Billings took 1st with the Gillette Blue Jays 2nd and the Rock Springs Storm 3rd
