Balster Signs with Black Hills State

Former Casper College and Natrona County High School basketball player Cheyanne Balster will continue her college career at Black Hills State in Spearfish, South Dakota. Balster averaged 8 points and 6 rebounds per game last season for the Birds as she shot 40 from the field. Balster also ranks 3rd on the schools all time list in blocked shots and was named the all Region IX team. Balster will enroll at Black Hills in the fall of 2015.
