Bohl Looks at ‘Big Game’ For Cowboys Against Air Force [VIDEO]
Coming off their bye week, the Wyoming Cowboy football teams continues its preparation for the 2018 home finale against Air Force Saturday in Laramie.
The game is a 2 p.m. kick-off and weather could play a factor. The forecast from the National Weather Service has Laramie under a Winter Weather Watch from 5 p.m. Friday until 8 p.m. Saturday.
Wyoming head coach Craig Bohl met with the media this week to preview their game versus the Falcons. While the weather was not one of the subjects that were brought up, Coach Bohl did discuss quite a bit. He spoke about preparing for an option-based attack and the success they’ve had in slowing it down the last two years, both UW victories in the series. He addressed the rivalry aspect to this game, his team’s health, keeping the focus on just this game, and this Senior Class in the video above.
The 16-member Senior Class will be recognized prior to Saturday’s game.
This will mark the 57th meeting on the football field between Wyoming and Air Force. Again kick-off is at 2 p.m. You can listen to the game on KOWB (AM 1290) with coverage starting at 11 a.m. Cowboy Talk will follow the network broadcast. The game is being televised on ESPNEWS.
