The Denver Broncos behind Tim Tebow came from behind in the final 2:45 to tie Miami and get the win in overtime 18-15. Matt Prater's 52-yard field goal gave the win for the Broncos (2-4). Tebow got off to a slow start but had a strong finish, thowing two touchdown passes in the minutes of regulation, and running in a two point try to tie the game with 20-second left. With 5:23 left to go, Denver was down 15-0 and Tebow 4 of 14 for just 40 yards. He finished 13 of 27 for 161 yards. In the overtime the Broncos D.J. Williams had a sack and forced a fumble which led to the game winning field goal. The Broncos will host Detroit (5-2) Sunday who lost their second straight, to Atlanta 23-16.

The Texas Rangers bouned back Sunday with a 4-0 win over the St. Louis Cardinals to even the World Series at 2-games apiece. The Cardinals beat the Rangers 16-7 behind Albert Pujols' three home runs. The Rangers got a outstanding pitching performance from Derek Holland who who struck out 7 in his 9 1/3 innings pitching. Holland did not allow a hit after the fifth inning. Mike Napoli had a three-run homer for the Rangers. Game-5 of the series is tonight in Arlington.

The Wyoming high school cross country season wrapped up on Saturday with the state meet in Douglas. In the 4A boys, Rock Springs won the team title with Ricky Faure of the Tigers winning the Individual title. In 4A girls, Laramie took the team championship with Olivia Thompson of Riverton the individual champ. In the 3A boys competition, Jackson took team honors and Jackson's Oliver Scofield the individual champion. In 3A girls, Cody captured the team title, with Hailey Ricks of Star Valley the individual champion. And 2A boys, Wyoming Indian won the team title with Alejandro Garcia of Pine Bluffs the individual champion and in the 2A girls, Pine Bluffs comes out on top with Mikayla Hudgins of Wright the individual champion.
