Burlington Repeats as 1A Champions

The Burlington Huskies drilled Lingle on Saturday at the Event Center 66-34 to win the 1A boys championship for the 2nd year in a row. Jace Peterson paced the Huskies with 17 points as Burlington took over the game in the first quarter and never looked back. Lingle, who was looking of their first state championship in 25 years received 8 points from Barry Greenwald. Burlington finished the season with a record of 22-5
