The Wyoming Cowboys dropped to 5-3 on the year following a 78-72 overtime loss to California on Saturday afternoon in Laramie. Josh Adams had a great game for the pokes with 32 points on 10-21 from the field but missed a critical free throw that could have given UW a 1 point lead in the final seconds of regulation. Cal outscored the Cowboys 16-10 in overtime and the Bears were led by Tyrone Wallace with 23 points. Wyoming will host Southern on Thursday night in Laramie.
