Casper Re-Entry Center Escapee Arrested in Riverton

A Fremont County man who failed to return to the Casper Re-Entry Center was arrested in Riverton Tuesday.

Patrick Vincent Duran did not show back up to the Casper Re-Entry Center Sunday afternoon. He was serving out a sentence for aggravated assault and battery for an incident that occurred in Fremont County.

Riverton Police Capt. Todd Byerly said the department received a tip Tuesday afternoon that Duran was at an apartment in west Riverton. When police arrived, they found Duran who was taken into custody without incident.
