
Casper Youth Qualifies For NJHFR
National Junior High Rodeo Association
Casper's Teagan Bentley will make a return appearance at the National Junior High Finals Rodeo in Lebanon, Tennessee. Bentley qualified for nationals in 3 events, the team roping, calf roping and ribbon roping. A year ago, Bentley 2nd in the finals of the team roping with partner Teegan Leno from Sheridan with a time of 11 and 4. The pair took 5th in the average with 37 and 8 on 3. The NJHFR will have 1000 contestants from 43 states and 5 Canadien provinces and will be held June 18-24. The junior high division was created within the National High School Rodeo Association back in 2004 for students in the 6th through the 8th grades.
