The Wyoming Cowboys dropped their 2nd straight home game as Southern University came away with a 68-58 win on Thursday night in Laramie. The Pokes shot just 35% from the floor and were led in scoring by Josh Adams with 25 points. However, Adams didn't receive much help as he was the only Cowboy in double figures. Southern absolutely manhandled UW on the backboards, winning that battle 45-25. Southern is 6-2 and has beaten Mississippi State and Tulane already this season. The Cowboys at 5-4 will have a road game at New Mexico State on Sunday night in Las Cruces.
