ESPN's College GameDay has been a Saturday tradition for NCAA football fans since 1993. Could they be making their first trip to Laramie, ever this season?

Admittedly, it's a bit of a stretch, but one website thinks there's a scenario where the GameDay crew makes it's way out west in September.

HeroSports.com projected the GameDay schedule for the entire season, and are predicting a possible Laramie stop on September 16. The Pokes are set to host the Oregon Ducks at 5:00 p.m. that evening.

While Oregon hasn't been the national powerhouse that their football team has been known for the last couple seasons, according to HeroSports.com, if the Ducks start the year 2-0 with wins against Southern Utah and Nebraska, and Wyoming can find a way to upset Iowa on the road and take care of Gardner-Webb in Laramie, it might be the best game of the week.

Additionally, the draw of covering Wyoming quarterback Josh Allen may help. Allen is projected by many NFL mock draft boards as the number one pick in the 2018 draft.

Wyoming and Oregon will compete with a week in which Clemson goes to Louisville, Miami goes to Florida State, Tennesee hosts Florida, and USC hosts Texas in a 2006 Rose Bowl rematch.

It might be a long shot, but we can dream, right!
