The Casper Coyotes junior hockey team wrapped up the regular season over the weekend going 0-3 on a road trip to Utah. On Friday, the Coyotes lost to Salt Lake City 4-1 as they managed just 3 shots on goal in the 1st period. On Saturday. Casper dropped to 6-2 decision to Ogden. Brady Griffin had 2 goals for the Coyotes but Ogden had a whopping 55 shots on goal. Then on Sunday, the Coyotes lost to Salt Lake 5-4 in double overtime as Austin Parrish scored twice for Casper. The Coyotes clinched a first round bye in the Western States Hockey League weeks ago and finished the regular season at 32-11-2 with a chance to rest some of the regular players. Casper will start post season action on Friday the 12th against an opponent to be determined.
