UNDATED (AP) — — Green Bay Packers wide receiver Randall Cobb is out for at least six weeks with a knee injury suffered in Sunday's 19-17 win at Baltimore. The team placed Cobb on injured reserve/designated for return today, a designation that requires a player to miss at least six games. The hobbled Packers also placed backup offensive lineman Greg Van Roten on injured reserve with a foot injury.

In other NFL news:

— The New York Jets have signed three-time Pro Bowl wide receiver-kick returner Josh Cribbs to help on special teams and add depth to their banged-up receiving corps. Cribbs was cut by Oakland in the preseason after having offseason surgery to repair a torn meniscus in his left knee. He is tied with New England's Leon Washington for the most kickoff-return touchdowns in NFL history with eight.

— The Steelers have lost two players to season-ending injuries. In the case of tackle Levi Brown, it was a freakish injury as he tore a triceps while warming up for last Sunday's game. The Steelers also lost tight end David Johnson for the year with a wrist injury. This is the second straight season Johnson is headed to the injured reserve. He didn't even play in 2012 due to a torn ACL in his right knee.

__ After their special team's debacle Sunday night against Dallas, the Washington Redskins signed free-agent linebacker Josh Hull and long snapper Kyle Nelson. The Redskins also signed safety Trenton Robinson and waived safety Jordan Pugh.

— Eagles quarterback Michael Vick practiced on a limited basis Tuesday, but there is no word on his status for Sunday's game vs. Dallas. Vick suffered a hamstring injury against the New York Giants two weeks ago and missed last Sunday's game at Tampa Bay.

— The Denver Broncos kept rookie wide receiver Tavarres King from joining the Green Bay Packers by promoting him to their active roster Tuesday. The Packers tried to lure King after Randall Cobb and James Jones were injured Sunday at Baltimore.

UNDATED (AP)— It's unanimous for Peyton Manning and the Denver Broncos, even after their shakiest performance of the season.

Denver received all 12 first-place votes for the first time in the AP Pro32 rankings released Tuesday. The 6-0 Broncos struggled with winless Jacksonville until scoring the last two touchdowns in a 35-19 victory Sunday.

No. 2 Seattle (5-1) and third-ranked Kansas City (6-0) are separated by just two points. Both teams moved up one spot.
