The Casper Ghosts snapped their seven game losing streak with a 6-4 win over Ogden Tuesday night at Lansing Field. The win opened up a seven game homestand, second to the last of the season before a great crowd of 1455.

The Ghosts with a four run sixth inning thanks to home runs by Sam Mende and David Kandalis. On the mound Ghosts starter Raul Fernandez gave up four runs and four hits in 4 2/3-innings while striking out nine. The Ghosts and Raptors play game two of their four game series tonight at 7:05pm on AM 1400 ESPN.

The seond 4A Wyopreps.com/Coach's and Media Football poll is out, and there's no change on top. Sheridan remains number one with Natrona at second. Natrona has closed the gap in this week's poll, now within three of the Bronc's. Cheyenne East moves up to third with Gillette fourth and Evanston fifth. Rock Springs, Cheyenne Central and Laramie also recieved votes. This Week's Prep Game of the Week will have #1-Sheridan at #2-Natrona from Cheney Field on AM 1030 KTWO.

The Wyoming Cowboys continued their preparations for this Saturday's season opener when they host Weber State. Kickoff is at 7pm with pregame show at 6:00 on AM 1030 KTWO.
