Almost everyone has a phobia of some sort, but is it even possible to live in Wyoming if you suffer from 'ancraophobia'?

Some of the most common phobias people suffer from, just to name a few, are acrophobia (fear of heights), aerophobia (fear of flying), arachnophobia (fear of spiders), and claustrophobia (fear of confined or crowded spaces).

'Ancraophobia' is an extreme fear of wind or drafts. I did not know this type of disorder existed until recently, but I suppose there is a phobia for everything. I find it highly unlikely that anyone that resides in the Cowboy State would or could suffer from this. If someone is ancraophobic, I feel like Wyoming would be one of the last places they would want to live. If one did suffer from this and lived in Wyoming, they would most likely be in a constant state of anxiety and fear. Not a great way to live.

The wind is something you just cannot escape, no matter where you live. Wyoming seems to be windier than most places. Even though it is something that nobody seems to love, the wind is simply just a part of our lives in Wyoming. You either accept it, learn to deal with it, or get out, but can you imagine being absolutely terrified of it?

No matter what phobia you suffer from, just be thankful you do not have this phobia blowing you into a fearful wreck 365 days a year.
