It is that time of year again. Musicians from all over the states make the pilgrimage to the Beartrap Meadow. The mountain was cool and chill this year- the vibes and the music. This year's sounds are a cornucopia of sounds from Moonstone Quill, Low Water String Band, Lacy Nelson, and Jake Clayton.

Moonstone Quill opened the meadow with their soulful and modern bluegrass music. They played some original tunes and even busted out some unique covers from the likes of Rod Stewart and MGMT.

Low Water String Band kept the music flowing. With the cool mountain breeze and country-folk songs filling the air, it was a great time to be in the meadow. They are a four-piece band out of Laramie, WY, and we are glad they are here.

The fun continued with Lacy Nelson. Hailing from Ten Sleep, this native Wyoingite-songwriter stepped to the stage with her voice and guitar because that's all she needed. Her music filled the Beartrap Meadow with sweet and somber music.

As the fog rolls into the meadow, Jake Clayton hits the stage at the Beartrap Summer Festival 2023. Out of Nashville, this star brings the County to the meadow. Although the temperatures were dropping, things were getting hot in the meadow.
