The Ford Wyoming Center’s Internet Is Now Super Fast
If you've attended a concert, rodeo, or sporting event at the Ford Wyoming Center in the past, you know how difficult it is to get phone service. Wi-Fi was always available but wasn't strong enough to support many people, causing issues when guests were trying to upload pictures or update social media pages. It was also an issue for vendors trying to accept payments or needing Wi-Fi for their displays.
Slow Wi-Fi isn't going to be a problem anymore.
Mountain West Technologies has just installed a state-of-the-art high-speed internet system. The system is designed to handle up to 6,000 people logged in simultaneously, making it much easier to update scores from sporting events, upload pictures, and keep the kids busy when they're bored.
That's pretty cool, but that isn't the only thing that has happened at the Ford Wyoming Center recently.
The Casper Area Chamber of Commerce, FWC, and MWT just held a ribbon-cutting to open the new Speedgoat Entrance and Fast Lane officially. This will be an entrance for guests without bags to enter the event they're attending and get to their seats without waiting in line.
It's exciting to see all the fun growth happening on Events Drive, and the future looks bright with everything expected to occur over the next few years.
