A wanted Colorado man is behind bars following a traffic stop in south-central Wyoming.

According to a Wyoming Highway Patrol Facebook post, a trooper stopped Jourdain Espinoza for speeding near Rawlins on Wednesday, Dec. 13

When the trooper ran Espinoza's name, they discovered he had a valid warrant out of Colorado for felony kidnapping.

"A search of the vehicle revealed additional license plates and burglary tools."

"During the investigation, a K9 was deployed and alerted on the vehicle," the post reads. "A search of the vehicle revealed additional license plates and burglary tools."

Espinoza was arrested on the warrant as well as suspicion of driving under suspension and possession of burglary tools.
