Lady T-Birds Go 3-0 In Pizza Hut Classic

The Casper Lady T-Birds completed the sweep of opponents in the annual Pizza Hut Classic Saturday afternoon defeating Northeastern Junior College 74-56 at Erickson Gym. Rosalie Cutri and KeArrow Jenkins each scored 14 points to lead the team. Cutri added 10-rebounds and Jenkins had 9 for the T-Birds. Taylor Diehl (Natrona) had 12 points and Shelby Stewart (Glenrock) scored eight. Casper had a 16-point lead at halftime and led throughout the second half. The T-Birds shot 40-percent from the 3-point line, and had eight players score. Adaugo Osuala led the Plainsmen with 16 points and seven rebounds.

The T-Birds move their record to 7-0 and are currently eighth in the last week's national poll. They are off until Dec. 1-3 where they travel to Idaho and Washington for games.
