Natrona County Emergency Management will test its outdoor warning system by activating sirens across the county on Monday, Sept. 30.

It is only a test. There is no need to worry or call authorities when the warning system sounds Monday.

"We will be setting them off in a staggered pattern in the county and there will be volunteers in place to ensure they sound when commanded," the agency said.

The live testing is performed yearly and is in addition to weekly silent tests.
