Brooklyn Nets Mascot Throws Down Embarrasingly Awful Airball Dunk [VIDEO]

The preseason isn't only a time for players to hone their game.

In this video taken from Tuesday's exhibition game between the Nets and Celtics, the Brooklyn Nets mascot -- the strangely named BrooklyKnight -- unleashes a dunk so awful that he somehow managed to miss the entire basket and get the ball stuck under the shot clock where it remained until halftime.

Maybe the mascot should stick to walking around the stands giving high-fives to kids. He probably doesn't need a preseason to master that.
