NC Girls and KW Boys Qualify for State

Two Casper teams qualified for the 4A State tournament that will begin on Thursday in Casper. The Natrona Girls and Kelly Walsh boys both won the 4A west regional tournament on Saturday at NC. The Natrona ladies defeated Rock Springs in that regional final 75-51 and will play Cheyenne Central in the opening round of the State Tournament on Thursday at 10:30 at Casper College. The Fillies are 20-2 on the year. The Kelly Walsh boys defeated Riverton on Saturday to secure a #1 seed at the State Tournament. The Trojans at 12-10 on the year will play Laramie at 9pm on Thursday at Casper College.
