Pittsburgh Pirates Channel ‘Saturday Night Live’ To Introduce Team
The Pittsburgh Pirates are looking outside the sports world to excite their fans.
The Pirates are running out an introduction video that looks eerily similar to the opening of ‘Saturday Night Live.’
From the smiles on the players’ faces to the rapid shots of the Steel City, the video does a great job mimicking the iconic opening of ‘SNL.’
Now, if only the Pirates could mimic a Major League Baseball team. They haven’t had a winning season since 1992, although they came close last year and are over .500 at this juncture.
