UNDATED (AP) — Stephen Drew has put an end to the Boston Red Sox's season-high, three-game losing streak.

Drew doubled home the winning run in the 11th inning as the Bosox knocked off Minnesota 6-5. Drew was 4-for-5 with a homer and three RBIs after entering the game hitting .182 in 66 at-bats this season.

Dustin Pedroia (peh-DROY'-uh) hit a solo homer to put Boston ahead 5-4 in the eighth, but Joel Hanrahan served up a game-tying blast by Brian Dozier before leaving the game with tightness in his right arm.

Also in the majors, Cliff Lee allowed two runs and five hits in eight innings as Philadelphia downed San Francisco 6-2. Dominic Brown hit a solo homer and Michael Young was 3-for-4 with a two-run double.

Trevor Cahill laced a two-run triple and held the Dodgers to two runs and six hits in seven innings of Arizona's 9-2 pounding of Los Angeles. Paul Goldschmidt and Cody Ross hit consecutive homers in the fourth to help the Diamondbacks win for only the second time in seven games.

Asdrubal (as-DROO'-bul) Cabrera homered twice and Mark Reynolds launched a 460-foot blast in Cleveland's 7-3 win over Oakland. Ubaldo Jimenez (oo-BAHL'-doh hih-MEHN'-ehz) struck out a season-high eight in 5 2/3 innings to help the Indians improve to 7-1 in their last eight games.

Andrelton Simmons homered twice and collected a career-high four RBIs in Atlanta's 7-4 victory at Cincinnati. Paul Maholm (mah-HAH'-luhm) is 4-3 after limiting the Reds to a pair of runs and four hits in 5 2/3 innings.

Toronto trailed 7-0 before beating Tampa Bay 8-7 on J.P. Arencibia's (ar-ehn-SEE'-bee-uhz) two-out, two-run homer in the ninth inning. Colby Rasmus and Mark DeRosa also smacked two-run homers to counter Evan Longoria's grand slam.

Scott Feldman allowed just two hits in seven-plus shutout innings against his former team as the Chicago Cubs ripped Texas 9-2. Anthony Rizzo went 3-for-4 with a homer and four RBIs to back Feldman, who hit a run-scoring single in the fifth.

Jordan Danks launched a tiebreaking solo homer in the 11th inning as Chicago rallied to beat the Royals 2-1 in Kansas City. The blast came after Danks was caught in a rundown following Alexei Ramirez's RBI single, ending the White Sox's ninth-inning rally with the go-ahead run at third.

Andrew Cashner scattered four hits over 7 1/3 innings to pitch San Diego past Miami 5-0. Jedd Gyorko (JUR'-koh) homered for the third time in six days as the Padres won for the ninth time in 12 games.

UNDATED (AP) — The Philadelphia Phillies have placed two-time Cy Young Award winner Roy Halladay on the 15-day disabled list because of an injured right shoulder.

Halladay is 2-4 with an 8.65 ERA in seven starts this season after allowing nine runs in 2 1/3 innings against Miami on Sunday.

Halladay will be replaced on the roster by left-hander Joe Savery.

In other baseball news:

— Alex Rodriguez was back on the field for the first time since surgery on his left hip almost four months ago, joining a group of other injured New York Yankees starters at the team's minor league complex in Tampa, Fla. The 37-year-old third baseman could return to the Yankees after the All-Star break.

— Chicago White Sox starter Gavin Floyd needs elbow surgery and will miss the rest of the season. The 30-year-old was 0-4 with a 5.18 ERA in five starts for Chicago this season before going on the disabled list April 28.

— The Indians have placed reliever Vinnie Pestano on the 15-day disabled list with a sore right elbow and recalled lefty Nick Hagadone from Triple-A Columbus. The Indians called Pestano's injury right elbow tendinitis, but the 28-year-old said he has been treated for discomfort the past two seasons.

— The Boston Red Sox have placed reliever Andrew Bailey on the 15-day disabled list because of strained right biceps. Boston activated lefty reliever Craig Breslow from the DL before Monday's game against Minnesota at Fenway Park.

— Dodgers second baseman Mark Ellis has been placed on the disabled list to make room for lefty Chris Capuano, who started Monday's game against Arizona. Ellis has been sidelined by a strained right quadriceps since April 26 after opening the season hitting .342 with two homers and 11 RBIs.

— The Houston Astros have promoted outfielder Trevor Crowe, who hit .300 with 14 RBIs and a team-high 11 stolen bases for Triple-A Oklahoma City. Crowe is joined by outfielder J.D. Martinez, who had been on the disabled list since April 20 with a sprained right knee. The Astros also recalled utilityman Jimmy Paredes, optioned infielder Brandon Laird to Oklahoma City and designated outfielders Rick Ankiel (an-KEEL') and Fernando Martinez for assignment.
