Relive Billy Graham’s 1987 Sermon In Cheyenne [AUDIO]

As Christians around the world mourn the passing of evangelist Billy Graham, here's a look back at his legendary Wyoming Crusade in June of 1987 at the Cheyenne Frontier Days Arena.

Thousands came to see Graham deliver a message titled "Why The World Is Such a Mess".  The sermon encouraged believers to reject cynicism and look for purpose. Three decades later, his words still resonate.

Graham was surpised by the size of the audience. "There is a tremendous spiritual hunger in these areas that I did not expect," he told UPI.
