Rockies Beat Giants 5-0 And Take Series-Daily Sports Update

The Colorado Rockies beat San Francisco 5-0 Sunday to take a series from the Giants for the first time in two years. Troy Tulowitski and Carlos Gonzalez each drove in 2 runs for Rockies. The Rockies will be home tonight as they host Arizona.

In the NBA playoffs, San Antonio won game 1 of the Western Conference finals beating Memphis 105-83 on Sunday. The Spurs with 14 3-pointers in the game and shot 53 percent from the field. Tony Parker led San Antonio with 20 points.

The State High School Soccer Tournaments wrapped up on Saturday. In the 4A in Rock Springs, Laramie defeated Gillette for the boys title 2-1, winning the shootout 3-1. Cheyenne East beat Cheyenne Central 2-1 winning a shootout. In the 3A tournaments in Jackson, Buffalo won the boys championship as they shutout Star Valley 1-0. Jackson won the girls title beating Star Valley 2-0.
