The Wyoming Cowboys shot 49% from the floor enroute to a 82-71 win over New Mexico in Laramie on Saturday. The Pokes were 14-29 from 3 point land and were led in scoring by Justin James who threw in 22 points thanks to 8-16 shooting from the field. Jason McManamen had 17 with Hayden Dalton chipping in 10. New Mexico was brutal from the 3 point line going 3-20 and dropped to 16-13 overall and 9-8 in league play. The Pokes will be in Fort Collins for the 2nd round of the Border War with Colorado State on Tuesday night.
