T-Birds Split At Western; Men Win, Women Lose

The Casper College T-Birds split their games on the road at Western Wyoming of Rock Springs on Wednesday night. The 6th ranked Lady T-Birds lost for just the second time of the season, 84-62.The Birds with a very difficult time in the 2nd half being outscored by 19 points. Shelby Stewart (Glenrock) led the T-Birds with 19 points, and are now 19-2 on the season.

The Casper College men with a big win over Western 87-76 to improve their record to 15-6 on the season. Jerold Brooks led the T-Birds with 20 points. Both teams return home this Saturday as they host Central Wyoming of Riverton for Homecoming. The women's game is at 3:00 with the men at 5:00pm on AM 1400 ESPN.
