T-Birds Split With Dawson

The Casper College basketball teams split their games with Dawson, Montana on Thursday night. The T-Bird men defeated Dawson 89-66 to improve to 12-6 overall and 4-1 in sub region play. The Birds were led in scoring by George Edwards with 16 with Jay Wright chipping in 13. It was a different story for the Casper College women as they lost to Dawson on Thursday night 80-73. Dawson shot a blistering 54% from the floor and won the game despite 24 turnovers. The Lady T-Birds were led in scoring by Kendyl Nunn with 26. Both Casper College teams will be at Central Wyoming in Riverton on Saturday.
