For the many tourists that travel to Yellowstone National Park annually, other than the beautiful scenery and camping, most make the trek to witness our wildlife firsthand.
I've never seen a bulk elk do this before, but apparently it is quite common when they are "in the rut", and it is definitely rutting season right now.
A couple was recently filmed appearing to be running from a large bison herd. What comes to question though, is why were they actually running "with" the massive animals?
This video is the perfect reminder of the sheer power of the bison. It's also a good reminder of why the National Park Service advises you to stay at least 25 yards from the massive animals.
