This is the gathering that honors not only outstanding work by officers of the department, but civilians who went above and beyond.

LARAMIE – For the first time in 17 years, The Wyoming Chapter of the National Football Foundation has awarded its top Scholar-Athlete honors to two young men, who coincidentally both hail from Wright High School in Campbell County. Named as the state’s top Scholar-Athletes were linebacker Holden Fauber and quarterback Ryan Haefele, two young men who sit at the top of their senior class with grade
