It doesn't take much to make me happy (food, music, family, etc.). But for me to get "screaming like a teenage girl that was just asked out to prom" excited... well that's a completely different story. That's how excited I was after hearing Altitude TV's sports announcer, Chris Marlowe read my tweet live during the Denver Nuggets 31-point blowout over the Boston Celtics Tuesday evening.

It turns out this video was actually made during the Boston Celtic's 2009 season. A fan, Jeremy Fry, was caught on the Celtics 'Fan Cam' dancing to Bon Jovi's 'Living on a Prayer.' He milked it for all it's worth. Awesome! By the way, it was not planned or staged. That's what makes it so cool!

The NBA may still be in preseason mode (until the season officially kicks-off October 29th), but you wouldn't be able to tell by the way the players are going at it. Take for instance yesterday's Celtics vs Nets game. Brooklyn's Mason Plumlee went sky high for a crowd-rising block against Boston's Gerald Wallace...

NBA star Delonte West, who just three years ago signed a $12.7 million contract, is apparently feeling the unemployment pinch of the league’s lockout. Last week, the Boston Celtics guard tweeted, “It’s official.. Pride 2 the side.. just filled out a application at Home Depot.. Lockout aint a game..”

The Boston Celtic faithful were none too pleased when the team traded for forward Jeff Green earlier this season. This wasn't so much of a reflection on Green; he's a perfectly adequate NBA role player. Instead, Celtic nation was bummed that the price for acquiring Green included popular center Kendrick Perkins.
