A former Wyoming Highway Patrol sergeant will spend at least the next decade in prison after a jury found him guilty of sexually assaulting a woman.

"You didn't resist him, did you?" asked Infanger to an alleged victim called by the power of subpoena. "You didn't call out for help, did you?" If Elijiah Dobbins is found guilty, this young man could spend the rest of his life in prison.

Elijiah Dobbins has been charged with six felonies and four misdemeanors. He is being held on a $100,000 cash or surety bond.

The ruling Tuesday keeps the case wholly in state district court at least for now.

An escaped Arkansas prisoner on the run from authorities is believed to be armed and dangerous, and he has ties to Wyoming.
