Not everyone is willing to spend the majority of their winter in hibernation, and for those thrill seekers looking to challenge themselves, why not try one of the longest ski runs on the planet? Zermatt, a village in Switzerland, is home to the iconic Matterhorn, as well as the Klein Matterhorn, one of the longest cable car ride and ski trail on the planet.

I've always wanted to try extreme skiing, or heli-skiing.  But after watching this video, I might reconsider. Watch as this skier tumbles off a cliff and survives!  In two words - simply unbelievable! You might also consider this to be a lesson about Safety Equipment... and possibly the durability of the video camera!
